Why do American's pronounce Mazda MAHHZDA?
Honestly.
This is great and I would love to contribute, but time is something I don't have a lot of right now and I can't do all that tricky colour blendy stuff.

Also, "Neesahn".

Re: The Dream Thread

Finally, I have figured out the secret to complete limb regeneration in humans! Apparently it involves manipulating human eyeballs in such a way as to grow a second optic nerve that comes out of the side of the eye. This optic nerve contains cells crucial for limb regrowth. All you need to do is gr...

Redheads being 2% of the population, and women being 51% expectedRSR = Spamusement/98.04 * * Saltine will predictably refine this formula to disclude people who no longer have red hair, etc. Also, you'd have to take into account the population of people that speak English and have access to the int...

Re: Video Game Stuff

Downloaded the Left 4 Dead 2 demo I never really got into the first game anyway, but after playing the AU version of the demo this is a definite no-purchase for me. No blood, no dismemberment, and the bodies DISAPPEAR BEFORE THEY EVEN HIT THE GROUND. And apparently there's even a type of special in...

Yeah but you're old, and I don't have a life or normal sleep patterns. I don't know why I'm staying up right now though.

Re: Can we have another music thread?

Metric is indeed great stuff. Their best album is "Grow up and blow away", so you should really look that one up. It was their first big album but I got it after Old world underground and thought it was amazing. Will do. Right after I track down an Mp3 for Prisencolinensinainciusol. Way a...

Re: Can we have another music thread?

Regarding Muse, apparently they dislike being asked to lip sync, and always just ham it up when they have to. Here they all switched places and played each other's instruments.
Rather hilarious, though I must admit, octopus arms keyboard playing is even funnier.

I didn't read the article, I just enjoyed the headline: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/32784197/ns/health-sexual_health/?ns=health-sexual_health I read about half the article before I realised they were talking about GIFT cards and not GREETING cards. I thought this line was amusing: The South has bee...

Re: Video Game Stuff

Batman: Arkham Asylum. Hmm. Well, I played the demo and initially just could not get over the fact that the character took up almost a third of the screen. I mean, the simple act of moving around on foot is terribly implemented. 2009 and still having problems with camera/POV in video games. Anyway,...
