That vaguely reminds me of one or more of the iterations of I Am A Rocket Builder, which never really did take off, although it always seemed to hold some promise. In other words, totally go for it because it will be good.

That's exactly the difficulty level I dislike. Imo, difficult games are fine as long as they're obviously difficult for the sake of an unfair challenge. Like, I Wanna Be The Guy-style difficult. At that point you can just laugh every time the game slaps you in the face, because it's the whole point....
