I cracked up for a solid minute when I saw that one. In the timeless words of my dear father: "Don't touch those; you'll be [censored] like a seagull."

This was, of course, after I'd already eaten a bunch. And by GOD, he was RIGHT.

Didn't they bring them back recently? I thought I saw a commercial a year or two ago. They must have flopped because I only saw it a couple of times. There's just no way anyone could ever forget those bowel movements.

The cartoon kinda reminded me of some of the advisories about side-effects that I have seen for certain fat-fighting prescription drugs. I can't remember which ones and I think they may have been taken off the market, but I remember reading about an oily discharge that may occur...ugh. I'd rather be fat than leaky...

I just finished reading a book warning me of the dangers of the emptiness of a post modern existence. Then again, it also warned me of the dangers of living your life through the Internet, so it looks like I'm fucked.

On the Internet by Hubert L. Dreyfus. The main point of reference is Kierkegaard, who I covered in my Philosophy course but promptly forgot completely about.

My ex-boyfriend was in the process of getting a Philosophy degree, and I'd always harass him to explain things to me. Unfortunately, I forget everything. It's a shame. I have bad memory skills.
