I'm pretty sure it refers to Snoop (Doggy) Dogg. He is associated with hip-hop culture. Those cars which bounce around are associated with hip-hop culture. That car has overbounced.

Also: bloody hell!

A new comic is up! I feel glad. It kind of makes me smile inside, but it's not near the tyop of the table. you know, the Spamusement ranking table.

That's what I assumed. I got a chuckle from the image, regardless.

Wow, I was here for a StevenF comic! (The previous one was before I started posting here.) It's a MIRACLE! A funny miracle. Not like a statue crying blood. That's just weird.

Oh, that Snoop. I was wondering if the guy was supposed to be like a grown up Charlie Brown or something.

Since when do "hip-hop" and "culture" belong in the same sentence? [/bigot]

That typo of "top" could, in another context, be a typo of "typo". OH THE HILARITY!

That's pretty much my sentiment...I feel like a divine master has come down and graced us with presence just to give meaning to our otherwise directionless lives.
Sincerely,

I think the joke is not only what James said, but also the fact that rappers such as Snoop are always "pimping peoples rides". So that guy can thank Snoop for him getting face planted by his car.

Somebody already explained it probably, but its Snoop doggs old car with the hydrolics. It rejects the fat white guy and hydrolics his blubbery ass.
