It explains the joke in great detail.

A drunk guy has somehow got on the shoulder of the statue of liberty and has apparently confused the statue with a male human rather than a 50 or so foot tall statue and is asking the thing that he assumes is a male human about his sex life.

He's supposed to be drunk enough to the point that he's delusional.

Now was that so hard?

To point out that people have explained it several times already?

*pinches behind the ear*

TSSK!

It was NEVER explained. I don't know where you're getting "several times" from. All "fan" said was that the guy's drunk. That didn't explain anything for me.

It was partially my fault for using Flanderisms I suppose (that explanation was really the best one I could come up with, though) but it's really, REALLY annoying when for two pages all people did was mock me and belittle me.

And now that someone FINALLY actually explained it for once, rather than keep saying how much they hate me or that I was "doing it on purpose", the explanation is so simple and stupid that it's just not funny.

That's why jokes aren't usually explained.

Good comic and I love the art in all of these drawings. :D

Oh my god, look at what I did! I should've just posted the dang drawing in the "Totally artists" thread :P

SORRY!

hmmm somebody should do a comic where I'm the villian, and my evildoing consists of posting bad jokes aimed at provoking chaos in Spamusement, only I would fail because people would be "oh, it's totally unfunny but so god darned cuuuute!" ... or something.

I did. It wasn't particularly funny. Also, be on the lookout for nunchaku.

Right, except the clown is actually giving you the directions in addition to trying to amuse you. But you're doing such a great job of ignoring the clown that you subsequently ask for directions again. This happens a few times. Now everyone around you thinks you're mentally challenged... or pretending to be. Either way, you're not winning any popularity contests in this hypothetical and strangely enclowned world.

Although I agree with this post, I think anyone who has difficulty "understanding" these comics, will have problems with such an explanation.
I recommend all future spamusements to be kick-in-the-groin jokes, followed by monosyllabic explanations as to where the humor might be.
Use any recent Will Farrell movie as a reference.

She looks a bit Peanutsesque though.
