In the first panel, the (small) Swiss Cheese watches while a (presumably older) cheese pounces a rabbit; in the second one, he copies what he saw (but unwisely tries to pounce a lion instead of another rabbit).

That it re-configured the meaning of the words in the topic (a la "eats shoots and leaves") was what gave it the most merit, IMO. I just wasn't too hot on the presentation. But it's a fine debut, loofah.

Two days ago, I saw a headline on Yahoo: "Turkey races to fight bird flu." It conjured up an image of turkeys in marathon outfits and headbands, running for a charity fundraiser to aid their feathered brothers who were sick with the flu.

Maybe there should be a Spamusement sub-section for nutty headlines???
