Yeah the word filter really serves no purpose. I think it just came turned on by default when stevenf first installed the forum software and he picked a bunch of silly replacements, like "poopcakes". I've never thought too much about it, but I guess I could turn it off if people don't mind. Really the only good thing I can say for the filter is Franny McTrembles hated it.

I like to think that David Bowie was going to call that one tour of his the "Serious Poopcakes Tour" until his manager finally managed to talk him out of it at the last minute. "Okay, what should we call it>" Bowie asked, his lip curling slightly.

"How about..." His manager spread his hands slowly, as if revealing a giant marquee. "...the SERIOUS MOONLIGHT Tour?"

David Bowie paused in thought. "That's probably the stupidest idea I've ever heard," he said finally.

"I've already had the posters printed up," his manager said quietly.
