yes, but pizza = all baked whereas bagel = steamed then baked

Steam baked, actually.

That is to say you put a container of water below the bagels while they're in the oven to create steam.


Alright, well pretzels you do all that poopcakes with with bagels only you use butter and brown sugar instead of sugar and oil and then you boil it or dunk it in lye and then egg wash it, salt it, and bake it in a 475 oven for 10 minutes.
