It took me a minute to realize that the doctor is looking at a chart. I thought it was some sort of tourniquet. Not that it would do much good at this point.

It looks like it's completely drained of all it's venom, so you'd probably be safe in doing so.

Hahaha this is awesome Portals! I like how they still haven't bothered to remove the snake, even though they likely drew blood from her arm in order to get the results that the doc is reading.

Also: pickle poop, icecream poop, stick poop.

Good comic!

The title reminds me of a movie based off a story (probably by Poe; I can't remember). I don't remember the name, either, but it's about a father who raised his daughter on poison so she'd be immune to all kinds for some reason. She was never allowed to go past the garden but managed to land a boyfriend anyway, who gave her something non-poisonous to eat. She ate it, knowing she would die, and died. Does anyone know what I'm talking about, here?

Ain't no Poe I've ever heard of. And I know Poe. (well, sort of)

It also doesn't sound like his style.

The bruising and hair shine effects are particularly impressive.

Also, what the #$^% is dripping from the King's mouth?

I thought the same thing, at first. But I think it's just reflecting the flash (see the forehead).

I keep coming back to this one, mostly because it's funny, but also because the doctor bears a coincidental resemblance to one I know in real life, and I can hear his voice saying the line over and over again.
You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him eat a salami sandwich.
