You all just have terrible weather predictor people.
That or ours just have it easy because we only see the sun almost 3 times a year.

Y'know what would be great? Running a legit weather forecast (to whatever degree a weather forcast can be legit) and then having a rigged spinner so it looks like you're being random :P

Yeah, and kind of in the same way, the weather itself around here really is random, so the weather reports might as well be. :P

(Actually, the meteorologists around here are mostly accurate, especially considering the aforementioned weather randomness, it's just part of the way of things to complain about them. ;) )

Sunday: "It's going to snow Monday night into Tuesday. About 2-4 inches in the Denver metro area, more to the south."

Monday: "It's going to start raining about 9pm, which will turn into snow by 11pm. The Tuesday morning commute will be slick and wet with 1-3 inches of snow. The snow should stop around 9am."

This morning (Tuesday): "Well, it's a dry morning. The area received no rain or snow. Have a good day!"



Although there is a saying here: "Don't like the weather? Just wait a day, it'll change."

hey, that's what we say in texas! you can't steal our favorite weather idioms!

also, at texas a&m meteorology school, they used to have a "top 10 reasons i went into meteorology" shirt. and the number one reason was....

{*drum roll*}

"i can be wrong 70% of the time and still get paid"

When it's cool, it's cloudy
When it's wet, it's raining
When it's dry, it's not
When I can't see it, it's foggy!
