those ads are all over the hollywood craigslistings. my all time favorite is no longer listed (it's been almost 3 years now) but it was the same as yours, only it was a free room for "exceptional and open minded single women, no questions asked" or something similar. then he went on at great length about the things he expected of the woman, basically looking for a sex slave in the guise of "share my apartment"
