I dunno, it doesn't really resemble an old lady's face... more like the face of a posessed mannequin or dummy. She should check her house's baseboards and closets for signs of ventriloquist nests.

Yeah and if you have ventriloquists you might also have mimes. Man, I hate those things! That lady needs to stop posting pictures to the internet and just call the exterminator* already.

*- Ex-Terminator. When Terminator robots come back from the future and find out everything's going just fine for the eventual Robot takeover, they usually get bummed out for a while and eventually get a job. Robots really hate ventriloquists and mimes, so they're a good pick for this job.

I have one, but it is cheap, and the directions are in Japanese. So I can't quite figure out how to tune it.

lol my son does have problems with monsters.
They are black shadow monsters that slide down the wall and have swirly things on the tops of their heads.
I've tried to figure out where he gets this from, but I have no idea.

That's because he's more sensitive than you and that's what he sees.
As long as they are not bothering y'all, let them be. Monsters/spirits/ghouls are (non)people too!

There are people who go crazy if you suggest that a theremin is useful for making eery noises. They hate those kinds of stereotypes because they make nice musics on their theremins.

But theremins can make both creepy music and pretty music! Getting offended at that is like getting offended at someone else because they put cheese in sandwiches, because cheese really should be put on pizzas.
