There was an X-Men cartoon on when I was quite young, four or five years old, that I enjoyed and I gave all the members of my household X-Men names. What I was going for was that I would be Jubilee, my brother would be Cyclops, my mom would be Storm and my dad would be Gambit. Given my youthful inability to speak properly, we became Baby Jubilee, Porkchop, Mama 'Torm, and Daddy Dammit. This information was relayed to me after the fact as I have no memory of it.

I watched the cartoon at uni (I got a 2:2, by the way), and Gambit is basically the most awful choice as father. Should have gone with Cyclops.

I checked this post and apparently I was going to write 'should of'. That is bizarre. That's not something my sober mind prevents me writing; it's something my sober mind would never have thought of writing. My next trick is to decide that 'lose' is spelt with two Os.
