Seems either Rich forgot, or he revealed V's gender in a throwaway punchline :)

Gasp! But that's... what do you call it? Metagame thinking! Yeah! We don't know if those Sapphire Paladins know V's gender. They could just be making an educated guess.

I love the wit of this comic. They make you think Elan's "blah"s are just because no one's listening. BRILLIANT!

The newest one is a tad disappointing. But maybe that's just my opinion. . .

Personally, I like Devo's 14th Blah. Somehow it shows more emotion and was more believable than the rest.

Nothing will make up for the fact that when you're introduced to an existing webcomic you read all of the (in this case 300+) episodes in a few days, and then after that you only get (not even) one per day. The subjective rate at which the new comics arrive drops from a gush to a trickle. And I want my Order of the Stick NOW, DAMMIT!

I have a D&D character in the works.

My roommate and I are just waiting for my boyfriend to (finally) come up with a campaign.

He's lazy.

I HATE that. I just got that with this comic (read the last like 200 last night). Same thing happened to me with PBF, Dinosaur Comics, even Megatokyo (guilty pleasure). And Spamusement, for that matter.

Its like reading a really good book, only halfway through you are limited to only reading 2 pages a week. Horrible.

You'd do well to read the other material on the webpage and, possibly even buy the books. I did, which seemed sort of foolish, buy i figured i enjoyed the comic enough, and the one book is a prequel you can't get online, so it was pretty neat.

But anyway, the point is, just because one character says that V is a 'he' or a 'she', according to OOTS writer/drawer rich burlew (or however you spell his last name), does not mean that V actual gender had been revealed. It just means that the particular character using the pronoun had made up their mind... V's gender maintains its ambiguity. I'm pretty sure if you go back and check, both he and she are used.

Not that I want to read into the issue that much, i don't really care if V is a guy or a girl. The explosive ruins jokes are funnier anyway.

Yeah, the newest "explosive runes" one is funny.

I suppose it could be a just a general "he," but where would we all be if that was the case?

I'm going to get pound cake now.

The new one is absolutely brilliant. I love when the jokes are silly, because the comic pulls off silly so well. Like the one a few comics back with the "Swat team" and the cappuccino with the bow and arrow.

I'm really enjoying the dark direction the main plot is taking, with Nale's scheming. There's suddenly a lot going on.

And it's great to see Xykon again. For some reason I imagine his voice sounding like an evil Groucho Marx.
