Help--I'm addicted...

I messed up at a certain point, and got upset and gave up.

Now I'm in the mood to play an RTS, though. Something like Starcraft.

I'd post a screenshot, but it's too much trouble. There's a simple tactic that has the added bonus of making odd levels easy as pie.

Are you talking about the game with the dot and you have to dodge other dots for several seconds? I am.

That's as far as I can get--I've gotten there with 17 lives and just can't pass it.

I don't know where I got to because the level number had scrolled past by the time I died, but I had 2467 points. Probably level 30 or 32 or something. It was the second one after the last red guy, I think.

I beat level 37 last night, but then lost on 38: "The last level". All I had were a few scattered water towers and like 6 upgrades rockets in the middle.

Score resets when I lost on the next level against even stronger guys who only give 1 gold when you kill them

Well I got up to level 37 with this setup. Everything's fully upgraded. I've come to realise that upgrading a few things is generally better than getting a load of stuff. I got a fair few of them, but I still lost all twenty lives.

Oh yeah upgrades are the way to go. I doubt I ever had more than 6 or 7 towers at one time until the very end. In my pics every tower is fully upgraded. Fully upgraded water towers do a great job of slowing for the rockets. You might have noticed that during the final level I sold my towers which are at the start of the level and built more rocket towers.

I saved up like 3 grand by using only one 390 dollar tower and my strategically placed stuff from earlier rounds... I then bought my way to 59 lives and 4 upgraded rocket towers. 38 is called "The last level" and I died quickly, despite getting there with 24 lives left.

edit: I just got to level 39, but that one had new people still coming out while the old ones were starting their second trip. I had like 36 lives when the first one hit and I ended up like -500 in money, lol.



edit again... I just won, and it was anticlimactic... but I only ended up with 9,000 points... 160,000 points???? holy crap.

I think some people might have interfered with things. Given themselves loads of money or something. Especially if they were also able to afford 99 lives.

I just died at level 39. I've decided the fire tower is the best thing to have after level 7. Get one of those, put it at the beginning, then put another in the middle... you get those two upgraded, and you can make it to the final boss with pretty much no problem. Then with all your saved money fill up the middle with cannons.

Yeah I got to that level but my score reset when I lost. I finished with a score of 1.

haha! i found a glitch so i can get a fire tower on the first level! have it selected like youre going to build another one when you die, the click restart and click on the map to build it. itll put you in the negatives, but EARLY FIRE TOWER! i bet this works with any tower (rocket tower on first lvl!)
