My account got deleted over the summer. I had a 14-pound mosquito. I think it was called Professor Mosquito.

My other five accounts appear to have been deleted. Perhaps because I didn't use them in so long? I'm a bit sad about BombyCookah, as I had quite a lot invested in that one. But Maychorian Bora is my main one, so I'm still alive.

I should get back into that game. Looks like there have been lots of new features added, and I have a bit more free time now that I have a schedule and everything.

This has to be a M.A.S.H. reference. I love that show. It strikes chords with all my favourite parts of me.

Yeah, it deletes accounts after a while. That's why I never started playing again: I didn't like the prospect of losing my work because I happened not to want to play for a while.

I never figured out how to get more familiars. I never really tried. I'm wondering if it's a fundamental experience I missed.

Bah. I needed only Professor Mosquito.

Oh, I forgot to mention Punctual, my Comma Chameleon. It was active when I made the list posted above.

It's funny to me to look back at those names and remember how I came up with them. Some of the thought processes were quite twisted. Such as Danger, the Blood-Faced Volleyball--volleyball made me think of of Wilson, which made me think of Will Robinson, which made me think of Danger. And My Knee, the Snowy Owl--snowy owls made me think of Harry Potter, which made me think of Hermione, which made me think of Her My Oh Knee.

My brain is a scary place.

There are a variety of ways, almost all of them documented on The Kol Wiki, if you don't mind spoilers. Here's a good place to start. A note: some hatchlings are former Mr. Store familiars and are now pretty much only available in the Mall. These will cost you a few million Meat, however.

You will need a particular familiar, and a random two out of a set of five in order to complete the final quest. All of these may be obtained without spending Meat.

Eh... my account was left for dead over the summer. I haven't really felt the need to start a new one.

I was a disco bandit. Obviously.

Oh, okay.

But to anyone else, I have spare rocks, both pet and toothsome, as well as teddy bears in both regular and evil.

Ooh, may I have a toothsome rock and an evil teddy bear? Those must be new from this Crimbo. I've been ignoring KoL for a few months, totally missed all of that season.

I have wind-up chattering teeth, for anyone who needs one. That tome of hilarious summoning totally was not worth a Mr. Accessory.

Grah, this thread depresses me. I had an account which had ascended twice with every character class, but normal and hardcore (the last 3 runs were also Food-only (what's that called?), Boozetafarian, and Oxygenarian, in that order). I had finally made enough money that I didn't have to worry about prices, and I was beginning to amass one of every item in the game. One of my friends was even going to give me his hypnodisc when he stopped playing (he sold it, instead). Then I left and apparently never came back. Lesigh.

Dude, it's never too late to start again. Once you've ascended a few times, you'll get pretty far pretty easily. Find a clan (I'm a leader, I know all of us must be in a clan, so there are some good ones there too).

GET BACK IN THE GAME!

Except mine is named Colma.

So, should I be wasting all my adventures at the Hidden Temple? 'Cuz I'm levelling like crazy.

depends what level you're at. it's pretty good. I like the haunted gallery, but that's at higher levels.
