I watched about a second of that. Ew. It wasn't so bad, though. I didn't see enough to feel sick or anything. Still, what a bitch. To your own family, too. Traitor.

I'm reminded of something I heard recently about John Milton. He went blind not long before writing Paradise Lost (and his blindness apparently influenced it greatly), and he tried all sorts of treatments, which included things like passing a thread through his eye with a supposedly beneficial substance on it. It makes you wonder whether that ever worked (presumably not), and if it didn't, why they kept trying it. Also, ow.

I have sound off and I was looking at the wrong bitr of the screen when it came on. I saw 'Oedipus complex' at the top of the window and some jabbing of flesh out of the corner of my eye, then I escaped. Turned out the oedipus complex thing wasn't anything to do with it, but it was my early warning. It turned on my suspicions before the movie loaded up, and I was pounced and ready to not watch it all the way through. So... yeah.

After watching the video, I notice that that totally couldn't happen. In Biology, once, we had some cow eyes to dissect, and the muscle tissue surrounding the eye was a real female canine to cut through even with sharp scissors.
