I'm still not sure if it's a joke or not. It seems there was a lot of work put into it. But the testimonials seem over-the-top absurd.

exactly. and considering they claim to be receiving so many submissions that the approval process can take up to 6-8 weeks, they have comparably few daughters to offer ..

yeah, I got a scheduled downtime message, then clicked refresh and it was fine. I'm glad I did, because I got this gem:

I thought it would be clever to point out that it also spells "Marr Your Daughter," like any parent who put their kid on a site like that (if it were real) would effectively mar the kid for life.
