I think any proportion of robotitude constitutes cyborgivity. That said, if half of me was both non-organic and non-robotic, perhaps that would not be classified as cyborg. So maybe my dad was a brick or something.

i think cyborgs have to be part-organic, since the robotic part could include bricks or any other material without anyone seriously thinking of it as only part-robot.
if your mother was a robot, your father would therefore have to be at least partly organic. maybe half brick, half human.

What about a glass eye? I'm going to think of people with glass eyes as cyborgs from now on, and my life with me that much richer.

I don't think a glass eye can really be classed as cybernetic. Unless of course there's a computer inside it or something. Or a LASER.

I wonder how James likes the torture scenes in A Clockwork Orange. To me, the metal things holding the eyelids open was way more disturbing than what was on the screen.
