Hey there.
I haven't read most of this thread so I have no idea what I'm interrupting, but I just wanted to get back to the original topic.
I'm happy because I used to post on this forum under a different username around 2005 and I came back on for the first time since 2007ish to find people are still active on the forum, and I still recognize some names from when I used to post.
I'm not nearly as dedicated, obviously. :)

More happy things that have happened since I left: I got a dog, I went to university, I graduated from university, I got a boyfriend, I got engaged, I got married, I moved across the world, and now 8 years later I'm back here checking whatever happened to that old forum.

Life is weird.

So, can someone just, like, show up, and be all like, "Hey, what's up!" even though she hasn't been part of the conversation for the last, like, four years, and has no idea what everyone's talking about and is a little intimidated to jump back in but misses all the cool people and also writes run on sentences?

Are you sure you want to open that can of worms? Oh, alright, twist my arm. I just finished this a few hours ago for a wedding tomorrow...

that's acorn-y set of puns.

mulpis, is the "vine" edible as well? i've always said if i were going to pursue a different career i'd probably do pastry chef, but for now i'll content myself with the usual: cookies and not-so-artistic cakes :)

While I was still jobless a few years back, I was seriously considering walking into a bakery and asking for an apprenticeship.
