Well last night was the Season 4 premier.

What the hell was that?

So I take it it wasn't very good? I haven't seriously watched TV for almost 2 years now, so I remember the first 2 seasons of TVB, apparently quality is lacking as of late
You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him eat a salami sandwich.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled CIA intra-cranial broadcasts

No it was more of a "what was that?" meaning "what the hell was going on?" It was either:
  • A severely out-of-order preview of the rest of Season 4, or
  • An "Escape to the House of Mummies Part II" type of mind-fuсk.
(Colorized for spoilerish reasons).

The preview for next week kinda makes this one seem like a ridiculous "for fun" one to some extent. It was quite enjoyable, but you were all like "it's over already?" when it ended.

Ponder: Apparently some feeds accidentally repeated the first half. Was that what happened?
Anyway, rewatch it here:http://www.adultswim.com/video/?episodeID=8a250aae246c5f5101246d2e25210004
Pay attention to Hank's hair, and the value at the upper right hand corner in some scenes.
Also, it's a fully-contained episode. you just have to rearrange the timeline in your head.

Not too surprisingly, someone has already put up a comprehensive summary of the ep on wikipedia. I'll have to rewatch it later with the list of what happens when handy.

I love the internets.

Adult Swim is re-airing it at 12:30AM through friday because of the mistake. I re-watched it last night, it made a lot more sense, and I thought it was funnier. I suggest giving it a second shot. I can't wait!

Not that I've found, BUT. Adult Swim has posted the episode, both as an entire episode and broken up into segments. If you keep one tab on the wikipedia page with the "order guide" and open another tab to watch the episode you can piece it together yourself. I did that and now have a much better grasp on what was going on in.

I just rearranged it in my head. Here, I'll mind-beam it to you.
