if you are going to make the claim that you MUST have uncontrolled, unregulated access to guns because "tyranny" might happen one day, that tells me that you have pre-determined that one day the laws will no longer apply to your actions and your only recourse will be to go around shooting people. how does that not make you equivalent to a mass shooter again? other than the fact you haven't gone mass shooting yet, obviously....

My school board allows teachers to load a copy of all board-licensed software for "planning purposes" at home... I've long used this to get my computers rigged up with MS Office and Notebook software (the stuff beyond the free edition)... I just went and searched their catalogue and will be having Flash shipped to me Tuesday :) Maybe I'll be back in the game?

Blame Null. Went on an archive binge and he seemed to draw her a lot in a certain style :P

Actually, what happened to him too?

He just posted some comics and about his gallery not more than a week or two ago...

And he contributed a panel to the new comic on the About Us page a couple of weeks ago.

I'm not trying to drag you down or anything. I just thought it was odd for you to ask where he was when he posted recently. He was on a fairly long hiatus before that though.

So Flash is installed. I've been working on some stuff I can show my 10 and 11 year old students, and it's been fairly successful so far. Glad to have it at home now to toy with. Any less obvious uses that you guys have found for it that might be of use?

You know what hurts? Having a rickin'-frackin' scope thing stuck up your penis. Ow. Worse was the bad reaction I had to the anesthictic, came over all nauseous and dizzy and my ears hurt :(

Feel better now thankfully.

The nurses did their best to distract from it, but you still know it happens.

I dont know why i had a reaction to the anaesthetic though. Oh well, at least *touch wood* im not having any side effects they listed (aside from some soreness, which is to be expected)

And yes, what a day. Dewey having to be put to sleep, having the scope thing and a bad reaction. Urgh.

Finally seen the first (two) episodes of Adventure Time, and it was good. Which means the internet was right.

Im still not going near that My Little Pony rubbish though, no matter what the internet says.

<--- As am I.

This made me laugh. I also have stayed away from it. I was never a fan of the original series either, nor of the toys. I'm not sure why. I was watching things like Dungeons and Dragons, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Transformers, which happy little pony brats did not factor in very often. Except Uni, but I always wanted to kick her anyway.

If you like them, go ahead, I am just expressing my opinion of not. Go and wear that pony-pride or whatever it is you say.

I picked up a small boxed set that came with a white hat actually because of the name Finn (and my son being Griffin) and this cat villain named Me-mow (and our cat being minnow and son calling her meemo at the time). Only watched two episodes from it but it was decent. Recognized the voice of Bender in it as well. Hadn't really heard much about it. Also, I've seen a couple pony shows with my son and I don't see any of whatever complexity people claim is there.
