That is sooooo neat.

I've seen a bajillion ducks and geese around White Rock Lake lately but I have yet to see any ducklings or goslings. :x They must hide'em awfully well.

The new kitten with one of our other cats. I took this from about 30-40ft away with a telephoto on an old Canon Eos Rebel, otherwise they would have run to/from me and I would have missed the moment :)

Not as such...it's a cheap 600-1000mm zoom lens, all the way out, and attached to a 3x teleconverter. Since the lens is manual, all the settings have to be done by hand. Combine that with the fact that the slightest motion means the moon is elsewhere when the shutter is pressed, and you have a royal pain to work with. Only the fact that the shots can be incredible makes it worth doing.

Got a new camera, nothing fancy but a step up from the point 'n click one I've had for years. So have a photo of some pigeons.

Didn't say they were real pigeons! Some plushes of characters from Hatoful Boyfriend. Coo coo!
