So I haven't been inspired by any spam lines lately, but I've still been drawing stuff.

Of these, I'm probably most proud of Quizzical Hot Pants Lizard.

I like them, but in the last one, I don't think Skimba would be afraid of lightning.

I was trying to give Lovecraftian Businessman a bad toupee, but it actually looks more like he's got John Linnell's hair.

When I first saw Penguin Rocket, my thought was, "Oh, cool, the Human Torch has a bunny rabbit hand-puppet..."

I need to go outside more I think.

I like the bird. He looks like he's wearing a boxing glove

The bird is in fact supposed to be shadowboxing. Well, actually, I thought the ends of his wings looked weird while I was drawing him, so rather than draw them over I just turned them into boxing gloves.

I now like the idea of the penguin being a hand puppet held by the human torch better than what I actually had in mind, so from now on, that's what it is.

First I inspire a major new work from StevenF, now I've found a new interpretation of an existing work by an ancient Aztec god. Am I having a good month or what?

You're on fire, dude!

I wonder if we should do "This Kind Of Appeals to Me" as a GOD-style comic ... ?

Exactly. I was kind of thinking of where people issue "commands" and one or more artists draw their take on those commands ...

I like how enthusiastic this guy is about facial hair being grown in non-facial areas. I also would totally wear his t-shirt if it existed.

Both of these are cases where I just kind of drew abstract shapes, then tried to make them into something, and thus are probably illustrations of my creepy subconscious or something. The squash-headed woman makes me think of something that would show up in Deerhoof album artwork.
