NO, I think I've got it. A role of fabric is taken and made into a pair of underwear which are happily placed next to a woman's crotch. Obviously, the underwear has to be washed and eventually becomes worn out. Then, in the last panel, we see the old underwear in the garbage, dreaming of luminous vulvas.

This is why I'm having difficulty learning even the most basic Chinese words and phrases. This, and the fact that I'm being taught my elementary schoolers.
