yeah, it used to be able to be refreshed but now it seems to only load once per day :(

No, LiveJournal is hiding it behind an 'Adult Content' warning so you need to go to the URL and click a button to view the image (which is innocuous, but maybe the user has "other" stuff somewhere)

I didn't notice what was in her hat the first time I saw the photo. She's wearing a dollhouse bathroom on her head! That might have been a better choice of hat for a certain princess to have worn to a certain royal wedding. :wink:
