The Spamusement forums have the unique honor of having displayed what is probably the most depressing banner advertisement I have ever seen. I'll post a pic when I can, but for now a description will have to do.
It was a poll, and the text was something like
"Who is the Best Roll Model Ever?"
The choices were "Britney Spears", "Lindsay Lohan", and "Paris Hilton".

I so desperately wish that I were making this up. *shoots self in head*

Mother Theresa? Maya Angelou? Oprah? Ghandi? Nelson Mandella? Unworthy, or so it would seem.
Avatar made by me. Yay.

They could have at least had Adolf Hitler as one of the choices.

My theory on that one was that it was made so no self-respecting parent (or similar) would respond with anything but a write-in.

And yes, I was going to try to post that one after I posted the first one, but it's difficult to add SWFs to a post. Difficult in the sense of how eating an entire mountain range while neither living nor Vin Diesel is difficult.

Personally, it's the dancing submit button that does it for me.

Anyway, since this is Spamusement, shouldn't there have been a photo of a cupcake rather than some woman being treated as an object?

What I like about the radio buttons, though, is that there isn't really any distinction between the two. Kind of like having a dialogue box with "OK" and "Yes" as options.

The irony being this is the only forums in the world where we'd want a second option.

Meh... I'm not really into chicks, so I have a hard time figuring out if they're hot or not. Also, that cupcake looks delicious.

Sadly, the switch to Google-only to kill pop-ups and the like has neutered this thread...

SPAMUSEMENTWISE!

I will NOW convert it to an "Ads on t3h intarwebs" thread and give it LIFE!
